A chemical copper-plating equipment for welding wire

It can use the raw material selected from China. The quality of the
copper-plating can reach the fine standard. The manufacturing efficiency is very
high. The manufacturing speed can be 7-12m/s. The output will be more than 2,000
ton for the welding wire of Φ1.2. The modules used for one ton product is no
more that 2. The comprehensive energy consumed is less than that of other type
equipment.
The economic analysis: the price of this equipment is
very rational and we also can bring employee training and software free of
charge. The investment capital can be restored in 1.5 years after beginning to
manufacture this product. The investment capital is only one to four compared
with the introduced equipment with the same output.
The main machine of this equipment will occupy 120 m2 (4×30m)
and the accessory machine will occupy 60m2(3×20m). The loading capacity is 60Kw
and the water supply should be 5 ton/h.
